About the Village Cafe

The Village Cafe has been serving the public since 1956. With a friendly, refreshingly honest, and hard-working staff, you won’t leave disappointed. Walk through those doors on the corner of Harrison and Grace to cure your hangovers, satisfy your cravings, and meet the craziest and nicest people you’ll come by in Richmond. Regardless of your reason for entering our domain of awesomeness, you’ll be happy you did. Located near the VCU Monroe Park Campus, students frequent the establishment for breakfast before class and beers after exams. If you want breakfast for dinner, a burger at nine in the morning, or a milkshake with over 100 flavor combination options, The Village Café is your go-to place. Sip on a cup of Carytown coffee, ground in-house, grab a bite, grab a beer and enjoy the atmosphere.

If you are in Richmond and want great food at awesome prices come here you won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere and decor had a great collegiate feel along with historical Richmond photos. The portions were huge and delicious and HOT!
